It's hard to see but this is a whole that a chipmunk is making near our window well. I put out a trap today to catch him - and then place him elsewhere so he will stop making holes in our yard!
Funny you say that Colleen. My mom adn I were talking about spray painting the chipmunk to see if it would come back to our house! : ) Hope it doesn't!!
They have been known to come back.
