Last week I got an email that I had won concert tickets from the radio station "Jack FM". It is for one of my favorite bands, Cheap Trick. I had to pick up my tickets at the Allstate Arena box office. So, after work today I took a ride there to get them.

I made this salad with dinner tonight. I saw it on an episode of "The Biggest Loser". It's called "White House Salad" because they made it at the White House. I really liked it.

I'm submitting two photos from Thanksgiving. About the only time that I get "orbs" in my pictures is when I take pictures at Colleen's house. In the first picture, notice the orb by Jim. A couple of seconds later, I took another picture - if you compare, I only moved slightly. Look where the orb moved...followed by a couple of new ones that moved into the picture. I'm just saying.........

They took down the old wooden 'Where History and Progress Meet' signs and replaced them with these concrete/stone ones. I'm thinking that they're still working on them, because the columns still say the name of the concrete company on them. I wonder what happened to the old signs. I'd love to have one.

Cutting his hair is always an adventure. I comb it out and cut it. Then, I comb it out again, and all these little springs sproing up. I cut those, comb it out, and you guessed it ...... more springs. Jesse gets so frustrated because I could just keep on all night.

Shelby's first orchestra concert was tonight. He & the other summer beginners got to do some pieces together, separate from the fall beginners. They did great!

We are in the Wisconsin Dells. We are staying at the "Wilderness Resort" for two nights. It is kind of Cole's birthday party, we let him bring 2 friends with.

Eric and Cole practicing for "The Turkey Shoot". The Turkey Shoot is a park district contest. This is the first time that we've ever signed up for it. They had to shoot hoops from several locations on the basketball court, each one worth a certain point value. It's a good thing that Colleen already bought a turkey...cause they didn't do very well.
