This is me trying to figure out what to request to FM 89.1. I ended up asking Alison to play Dance Dance by Fall out boy. It was the right decision.

Apparently, I am on the 'Health and Wellness' committee at work. Today, three of us (Colleen had the day off) put together a bulletin board, mostly because the corporate bigwigs are coming to our office tomorrow & we wanted them to think we were on the ball with this whole company-wide 'Health and Wellness' initiative... My part was the lower right-hand corner, with info about the physical & emotional benefits of walking, along with info on local forest preserves & labyrinths.
