Today we went to North Carolina and went to the outer banks. It was really pretty there, we loved looking at all the neat beach houses. Every house was different.

I was trying to take a picture showing how dark it was at 10am due to the rain storm but I could not figure out how to turn off the flash on my camera! By the time I figured it out, the rain had stopped.

While on Route 47 today, I noticed a flag on the side of the road. Then realized that the flags were staggered along the road for miles and miles! I thought it was so nice - and it made me wonder who put them there.

A few weeks ago Maureen reminded me of this movie that we used to watch. So, I borrowed it from the library and Cole and I watched it tonight. The cool thing about it is that it is narrated by Ringo Starr.
