Eric and I went to a movie tonight (since Cole is gone). I took several pictures of us and we were not pleased with any of them...it actually got quite comical.

Annie's Girl Scout troop collected donations of fleece fabric, then made blankets out of the fabric. They will be donating the 54+ blankets to the Central DuPage NICU in order to earn their Bronze Award.

This is Cole and his Language Arts teacher Mrs. Beyer. A few weeks ago we received a letter from Cole's school letting us know that Cole's teachers had nominated him to receive the "Stellar Student award" (about 35 students receive this award each month). He got this award for showing Responsibility. They invite the families to a light breakfast and short award ceremony before school.
