This guy's name was 'Jack' when he lived at our house. Now, his name is 'Dexter' and he lives next door! It took a couple of days (and lots of barriers of logs & rocks on both side) for him to stop trying to dig under the fence & come back 'home'.

Joe coming back home from fishing. He was sad though the river was too high to put the boat in but he still fished but no luck. It was just me and James at home and we had lots of fun.

Today was a beautiful day. Joe took me and James out for breakfast. It was very yummy. Then later I wasn't feeling to great and then while I was lying on the couch my doorbell rang I thought it was Joe and went to see what he wanted since he was outside doing yard work. To my surprise I found this beautiful flower basket. I thought that was so sweet. It really made my day plus it had sweets in the bottom. Thank you mystery person or people. (:

Just got back from a wonderful concert! Tim O'Brien from Hot Rize.One of my absolute favorite bluegrass bands. He's solo now but still fabulous and funny... Great night!

Madi painted a chair today to put into her playroom at her new house. Most little girls would paint rainbows and flowers, but Madi is not most little girls. On the right is red blood cells, and on the left is bacteria.

These are the bushes outside of our front door. We didn't get to see them in bloom last year because we had the landscaping done after they had already bloomed....so, it's been fun to watch everything in bloom this year..it's all a surprise!

This was all over the news and everyone was talking about it. Scary. Me and James are staying in and staying away from crowds for a while. Not sure how this would effect the baby so I'm just being safe.

Went to cook a meatloaf and turned on the oven to preheat it to 350. Came back a while later and thought it was sure taking a long time to heat up. Came back a little later and realized that it definitely was not going to heat up. It was warm in there, but definitely not anywhere near 350. Next stop - Google, to figure out how to repair an oven. In the meatime, at least I have a microwave and crockpot.

Oh, here we are at the concession stand again. We have to volunteer to work 2 games per season. This is the 3rd game that we have worked. Hopefully it will be our last. I end up spending more money just sitting there, buying Jesse every tempting treat that he sees.

I built this doll house many years ago, before I had kids. When Nikki & Gabby were young, I let them play with it, and it got quite dilapidated. Now that we have an extra bedroom, I have room to pull it out of storage. Madi was thrilled with it. I plan to restore it to it's original beauty.

Little angel statue in my back yard. For the life of me, I can't remember if she was here when I moved in, if I bought her or if one of you gave her to me for our wedding. I'm thinking it was a wedding gift, though, and I love having her and her little cherub friends there among the raspberries every year.

My Physical therapist and doctor have recommended that I get and use this tens unit for my back. It work wonders and I sometime think I should try the electronic shock to my head and see if it would do me any good. But I just found out today that the insurance company is not going to cover it and I need to return it:(

Today we went to Coco Key. James, Joe, Janet, Ben, Gabbi, and Jacob,Amber and Zach came with too. It was sooo much fun me Joe and James went on the lazy river on tubes. James loved it! It was nice to be with family.
