This is me and Stephen at Funway rollerskating, and you can see Denis up in the DJ both. It was fun we got to help him with a game called Hyper Speed Plates. The objective of the game is to skate in normal form but when the music stops you have to go pick up a plate that is your ticket to the next round. On the last round Farell got to put free small drink tickets under some. It was very fun.
We walked downtown today to check out the Oktoberfest that was supposed to be there. Apparently it was cancelled... So, we walked to Tastee Freez, instead!
We just finished recording our EP and T-shirts and stickers are on the way. Oh and the music video is in the works shooting starts in November.
I got my hair cut today. It is not exactly what I asked for - lots of layers. I even brought a picture. Every time I ask for layers, I get one long layer. Lots of layers must be "old fashioned" but I still like them.
I have been home since yesterday and I printed off a lot of pictures for my scrapbooking when I'm at my mom's house. I am so behind with my scrapbooking.

All seven puppies got baths today! We're hoping they head out to adoption fairs this weekend & we want to make them as adoptable as they can be!
Today I went to the doctors office and got my flu shot and everything else looks good baby is doing well and not change for me even with the contractions.

A science experiment I did with the day care kids. Put bean seeds in baggies & watched roots go down to find water, and plant go up to find sun. Then we turned the bag over to see if roots & plant would continue in same direction. The kids were surprised to see that the roots and plant changed direction to continue their jobs of finding water and sun.
Another day at my mom's James loves spending time with my Mom. He loves being with the kids in the daycare. He learns so fast. I wish I could see how he plays with everyone. He is getting so close to my mom now. I don't think he even misses home.
I just went on a feild trip to a forest preserve. I had a good time and this is my class going to get on the bus for 40 or 45 minits! It was a long ride at least I got to sit by my freind. His name is Gorge. We had a good time there.
What I did at work today...mending books. I always get a huge stack of books that need something fixed on them. I wanted to try to keep up with it this year (repair some every day) so that it didn't get so overwhelming. I had fallen behind (again) but by the end of the day all that is left in my mending pile is one book...yeah!
Baking cookies, wearing the apron that Jim's Aunt Pat sent us last year & that has been hanging up in the kitchen ever since. She's been wanting to do more 'girly' things lately, trying on perfume, painting her nails, wearing an apron & baking. I wonder why... But, then again, this new interest in life as a girl still hasn't stopped her from catching frogs & wrestling with Shelby, either.
Today I spent the day in bed all day like I'm supposed to. I'm sooo bored. This is all I get to see besides TV. I just at lunch in this picture.

This is a picture of my book that I'm reading. It is a Percy Jackson book. Even though I haven't read the other books in the series I'm still reading it. It is a good book.
We only got one pumpkin in our yard this year. But, it's a windfall pumpkin, anyway. We didn't plant it there, it just started growing from where a small pumpkin had been forgotten in the front yard over the winter and through the spring thaws.
Today Joe cleaned the house up since we had someone that wanted to look at the house fingers crossed. then we went to my mom's and slept over. James loves hanging out with his Aunt Jess. James also loves his blanket!
Went to Jonamac Orchard, today - picked some apples & did lots of other fun stuff, too!

Today was my baby shower it was so nice seeing everyone. I loved all the gifts can't wait to see the baby use everything. I ended up putting everything away that night and organizing everything and picking out what the baby was going to wear home from the hospital. Tomorrow me and James and Jess are sleeping over at my mom's.

Gabby got rear-ended a couple of days ago. The other person was at fault and her insurance company says that it will cost too much to fix the car. So now Gabby is trying to decide if she will take their offer of $4,000 and they take the car, or $3,000 and she keeps the car. It is driveable, so she is leaning toward the 2nd option and then save for another car.
Tonight we slept over at my moms since I'm on bed rest and need help with James and Joe needs to work very early in the morning tomorrow. Today was someone's birthday so they brought treats for all the kids. James first goodie bag.
