Walked to Tastee Freez after it got cooler outside this evening. The kids had been playing outside with the hose before we left & just walked down in their soaking wet clothes & bare feet.

On the last day of school the 5th graders have a parade through the hallways while the younger students clap for them (or high-five them). It's our way of congratulating them and wishing them well at middle school. (And, I didn't even cry).

Dylan came home and told us that something was going on down our street. He was waved around and had to take a different street. So, as we were looking down there trying to figure out what was going on. I got out some binoculars to see if that would help us see what all the commotion was about. It ended up being our street was flooded.
