We've been reading The Hunger Games out loud to the kids & just finished it today. We wanted to get started on the next one right away & checked the library online, but the book was checked out. So, we went down to a neighbor's house, who had told us we could borrow the books from them, if we wanted, just so we could get started right away!

The Gemini Giant on Route 66, on our drive home. We drove through the Braidwood area, coming back from Matthiessen, so that we could collect some fossils (and ticks!) at Mazonia-Braidwood State Fish & Wildlife Area.
