Seriously...If I'm gonna keep finding these Mega Millions lottery tickets in puddles could they at least be winners. Found this one earlier today and I assumed that it was gonna be an expired ticket but...nope...I was for tonights drawing.

The neighbor has a nice maple tree. He was out blowing his leaves and was, quite politely, blowing the maple leaves that fell into our yard back over into his yard. We hurried out & started raking and 'borrowing back' some of the leaves, so that we could have a nice leaf pile to play in! His maple leaves are so much more fun than our tiny apple & cherry leaves.

I couldn't get too close to take a picture because it's the crabby neighbor's house, but I was out in the yard with Jesse and the little kids, and Jesse says, "Hey Mom, is that a chicken coming into our yard?" Sure enough, it was. There's about 10 of them over there. First time I ever saw them. This should be interesting........
