This painting hangs over the toilet in our basement. We didn't hang it there. It was there when we moved in. I sometimes wonder who hung it there, why they decided to put it there, where they got it and if it's worth anything...

It is hard to see, but these are three turkeys that invaded my parking lot today. One client was scared of them so I needed to go and shoo them into the trees. I wish I would have taken this picture before I made them move.

I wasn't planning to mow again until the Spring, but it was so nice out that I grabbed my IPod and spent the afternoon listening to music, mowing, and chopping up all the leaves that fell off my trees.

This is on the back of a building that used to house some kind of corner candy shop. I remember Amanda walking me to it on the day that they were moving into their old house on Grandlake. I wish the shop was still in business, I think West Chicago could use more places like this downtown.
