Several years ago we had a kindergartener die. Her parents bought this statue in her memory and it is in the courtyard right by the library. I liked how she looked today as the snow was falling down. She really seemed to be welcoming it.

This has been a long time coming!
Weight Watchers gives awards for reaching milestones. The silver washer is imprinted with 25lbs. I got this waaaay back in June of 2008 just six months after joining Weight Watchers. Today, I finally got the copper colored washer imprinted with 50lbs.

Cole and I went to Fabyan forest preserve after school today to try out the brand new snow. Sledding was not very good (it hadn't been packed down yet). So, we wandered around the grounds.

This is what I am greeted by everyday when I return home from work. The picture is blurry but the best one of the five I took. Ellie is too excited to stand still. Wonder if she is saying "I'm so glad you're home" or "Where have you been? I'm hungry and I have to go out!"

Once a month, the Moose Kids Club hosts a bowling day which includes pizza afterwards at the lodge. Fun day!

Dad and Jess' last day with us. Jess was dancing with James one last time to the my friends tigger and phone theme song. Another very sad day. we will miss them so much.

Harrison Street School trivia night. It was a PTO fundraiser for Cole's school. We didn't do so well but we had lots of fun.
