We went out to see the puppies that we'd been fostering at their first adoption fair, today. On the way home, we stopped at Ferson Creek Park & I let the kids swim around in the Fox River for a while.

Went to Chicago to see Secret Colours at Windy City Ribfest. It was raining pretty good right before their set time so their set was cancelled (even though it had stopped raining a little bit into their set time).

Went out to Dyer Nature Sanctuary to find a geocache on our way to the pool today. Our fort did not survive the storm last week. But, it should be fun to re-build it in the upcoming months!

We bought her a new bed frame and new box spring at St Vincent DePaul, today. They have a deal to sell them new for a really good price. So, she's finally got a full-sized bed to sleep on!
