He loved it. They do it every year in 3rd grade...so, I still had the suspenders from when Dylan and Vaughn did it. The teachers also dress up, they write on slates, eat flapjacks, square dance, played Jacob's ladder, ate their lunches outside and had a spelling bee. We had to pack authentic lunches in a handkerchief or a pail(no throwaway containers) Cole had a chicken leg, pickles, hard boiled egg, lemonade, fruit, beef jerky and a cookie.
Cole took a step back in time today to the 1900's to experience life as a pioneer.

I love the pictures they look so nice. Looks like fun I miss being a kid.
