Nikki is in a wedding next Saturday. I altered her dress and brought it to her house today for her to try it on. First it was too loose, and now it is too tight. Back to the drawing board.....

She hates the dress. And, I have to say that it is not the most flattering cut - it makes the lower half look rather large. Yes, Nikki did patch things up with her friend. Pretty much they agreed to disagree. And, regarding my alteration talents - they are nonexistent. I just pulled in the sides and ran a new seam on the machine. I told Nikki that she would have to keep her arms at her side all day and night.
