Yesterday Nikki's dog Coco was attacked by another dog. Sadly, she did not survive. To top it off, while driving franticaly to find a vet open, Nikki slid on the wet pavement and slammed against a curb, leaving her with a bent axle and an undriveable car.

Thanks, it was quite an ordeal and a horrible night. Madison was pretty sad at first, it was very hard for Nikki to tell her. But, they are talking about all the fun times that they had with her and that seems to make things better. Madi was at my house when the whole thing took place, so we decided it was best to tell her that Coco got very sick and they took her to the vet, but she could not be saved. Madi did not need to hear what really happened. So, if anyone talks with her about this, she thinks that Coco was sick.

Nikki's having a pretty rough time of it. She is sad, and the owner of the other dog is now denying any responsibility, so when she would rather just be in peace, she now has to deal with this guy. And tonight she burned her hand pretty badly on hot oil. She is about at her limit.
