Today the house got put on the market. Plus our next door neighbor did something so stupid the realtor parked in front of his house so she could take a picture of the house and then I received a call but I didn't want to interrupt the conversation so I ignored it then it rang again and left another message but she was about to leave so I checked to see who it was and didn't recognize the number and when she walked outside I checked my phone on my voice mail my neighbor left a message telling me if I was going to have friends over to tell them not to park in front of his driveway. and to have them move the car or he'll trash the car. Then he left another message saying the same thing and that she needs to move the car now or he'll trash it. I guess her sun roof was open so he dropped a bag of top soil in the car. and lied about putting it there and calling me plus the car wasn't blocking his drive way but he was drunk. what a day!

Did you call the police??? You've got the evidence there on the voicemail proving that he threatened to do it!
no I didn't. I thought that would cause way to many problems since I still have to live right next to him.
