The woes of running late and leftovers. I was running out the door at the last minute, as usual, and grabbed two container of Easter leftovers (for my lunch/dinner at work) which I thought were Scalloped Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes. Imagine my surprise when I opened them and found Pineapple and Beans. Needless to say, I went out to eat.

Strangely both sounded great when I read this. I don't remember there being beans there tho.
