Here it comes!! My very generous neighbor brought over the first load of items from his garden - rhubarb. I still have some in the freezer from last year.

I wish I could help you out... There's a farmer's market about 10 blocks from here every Saturday from 8 to 1. I had every intention of going to the first one last Saturday, but decided to sleep in and spend the day in jammies instead...
I came across a recipe for rhubarb-applesauce muffins the other day that sounded good and easy so I thought of you and cut it out. I will send it to you. There is also a Rhubarb Festival in Aledo, IL on June 4 & 5. Maybe you could go and get some ideas.
