Jim got an email yesterday saying he was among the top losers at our company. They wanted him to send in before and after pictures. It didn't say if he won any money, but we're hoping he's in first place!
Yep - we both feel a lot better about ourselves & our health, now! I've still got a ways to go before I hit healthy BMI, but I'm determined to do it.
Molly, Jim & I signed up for the Park District's 'Biggest Loser' competition which started last Saturday. I think the prizes & deadlines for these kind of things really help me stay on track.
