I ran 3.1 miles (5K) on the treadmill today. I have never done that before. Miranda and I have done two 5K's together but I always had to walk a lot of it.

WAY TO GO! That is great! SO proud of you! And, you didn't walk much of the 5K's at all! Seriously, so proud!
