Cole made dinner tonight. It was chicken with ham and a creamy sauce. Last week he told me that he wanted to learn how to cook. So, I had him look through recipe books and this is one that he chose. I helped a little but he did almost all of it by himself.

Frogs and toads constantly get stuck in our window wells. My sweet husband always sets them free!

Admiring a penguin statue in the library at their new school. It was commissioned in honor of a favorite teacher who passed away a year or so ago.
