These are the only apples I have left after making applesauce and apple topping today. Now, what to do with these ones?

Eric and I went to my class reunion tailgate party tonight. It was actually quite fun (I wasn't so sure that it would be). I am not planning on going to the actual fancier class reunion tomorrow night though.
