Meow Meow thinks this mouse is her "baby" - She cries every night when we turn the lights out. When we go to her, she is sitting with her baby. It's kinda cute, although it scares me because she cries so loud.

Annie & I have the first shift at her troop's Girl Scout Cookie booth sale tomorrow morning at WeGo Jewel. She made a poster for us to put up at our table.

I was invited to the school board meeting, tonight, along with the spelling bee champions. The board members wanted to congratulate all of the kids & thank me for organizing it all. They gave me some flowers and, when I got home, Shel arranged them nicely for me, in a vase.

Eric and I went to Chicago to be in the audience at "Windy City Live". We were never shown on camera (I just watched my recording of it) but, we did get parting gifts. "Love Story" on Blu-ray, box of Fannie May Chocolate hearts and I got a rose. I was something fun and different to do with our morning.

I saw this and hope it works - you soak a rag in fabric softener. Then, let it dry. You then use it as fabric softener. It says it will last 50 loads! Hoping it works...

Shel & I went for a walk at the West Chicago Prairie, this afternoon. Back in the woods we found a big warm blanket under a tree. We wondered if someone was sleeping out there, or if some teenagers just brought it out with them to stay warm while they were hanging out.
