As usual, I offered to help out with Annie's Girl Scout Troop this year, but I usually ended up just hanging out as a helper at meetings. This year, I actually went with the other leaders to the leader training class. It was held at the Girl Scout property where Annie & I went to summer day camp for the past few years. When I saw 'the meadow', it brought back such nice memories that I had to take a picture of it to show to Annie when I got home.

We went out to Reed Keppler for a while tonight. Annie & Jim practiced batting on the baseball fields. Shel & I went for a walk in the nature sanctuary & started rebuilding the fort we'd built in there a year or so ago.

Annie hung out at the halloween store after her softball practice, waiting for me to help close up, then drive us home. She enjoyed the back room where we had lots of backstock sitting around
