I have gone through more of these than I care to remember. I broke down today and bought this one. It will be my last. Soon it will be someone elses problem. And that makes me happy.
It's in the works. Those interested have recieved packages with the information they need to make a decision. By next Friday they are to have letters of intent with offers to me. I am hoping for the best. And that it moves very quickly.
