Oh no, he is fine. I see him outside every day. It's actually kind of funny. When he is outside, the chickens stay in his yard. But, as soon as his car pulls out of the driveway, they come running over here. I don't mind them, actually. (except for the poop) And the kids love them. I'm just so scared that he will see the chickens by the children and start screaming at me, even though we did nothing to entice them over here.

Have you seen the neighbor out & about, too? Maybe he's not getting out to take care of them...
