Closing is scheduled for Tuesday at 4:00 (unless it changes again...). This is a view of "our patio" from Maggie's. The huge "Play House" I listed on my to-do list is directly behind Dick's beer. The people we are buying from used to live in Maggie's house and left huge holes in the ground when they moved it to "my house", so we don't want them to do that again. But they don't have anywhere to move it until their new house is ready. So, we've given them until April 15th to find it a home, otherwise I think it is mine... It is pretty cool, but we don't have any use for it, and there are weeds growing under it already...

It could just make a nice yard feature, even if no one ever plays in it. Could you use it for a garden shed? Or, plant beans & other vining things around it?
Will you be taking down the fence or putting a gate in it so you have easy access to each other's yard. Or do fences make good neighbors?
We've talked a bit about just keeping it and replacing the swings (off to the left side) with hammocks! And I could picture curling up with some cushions and a book... But we'd have to do something to keep the weeds from growing underneath the house part.
We'll definitely keep the fence, but maybe a gate...?
