The teachers at Madi's school put on a talent show tonight. That is Madi's kindergarten teacher - "Girls Just Want To Have Fun."

How fun! I think all schools should do that for a fundraiser. The kids would love it!
Here in Geneva, some of the teachers put on a serious performance of singing or playing instruments but it would be fun to see them out of their element.
Here in West Chicago... We're not supposed to ask the teachers to do anything beyond what's included in their union teaching contract :-(
The sad thing is that I know there must be teachers here who would *love* to be more involved & they are probably sitting there wondering why in the world we're not asking them to do things...

The teachers do it to raise funds to supplement classroom supplies. And, the kids love to see their teachers being silly. It was quite fun.
