Saw this over by the little stream in the stand of trees that borders the field between the far parking lot & work today. It's an empty lockbox of some kind and a portfolio - the kind where you might keep important papers. It's probably been buried under the snow & ice all winter. I hate to think of the panic felt by the people who it was probably stolen from, months ago.

I wonder is the police should be notified?
I didn't do anything besides take a photo. Probably should call the police, but don't know if they would be able to get any good info from it. Looks like it's been there for a while, now.
