Commuters on the train pass their time in many different ways. Today I was surprised to see two different sets of men playing cards sitting right by each other. It was nice to see people interact on what is normally a pretty solitary experience.

They used to do that all the time when I commuted into the city back in the 60's. But it was usually in the horrible smoking car...
