Rolling out some dough for homemade egg noodles to eat with dinner tonight

Yum...that sounds so good. Were they hard to make? I have never made them from scratch.

Not very hard to make at all & yummy! We never roll them quite thin enough, so the end up kind of dumpling-like. I make one batch & leave them kind of floury while they dry (although drying is not necessary). Then, boil them up in 2 cans of veggie broth & a couple of tablespoons of margarine. The flour mixes with the broth while the noodles boil to make a nice sauce after they're done cooking.
