We got this coffee maker for our wedding...we have only made coffee in it a couple of times because it leaks..so, I called Cuisanart and they are going to send us a brand new one for $10! I was shocked..I didn't have to provide a receipt or anything...I hope the new one works!

Do you have to ship them back the old one? If not, that's a pretty sweet way to get a new coffee maker ;-)
We do have to ship the old one back...but, atleast we get a new one! : )
